On-Site Support...

Your IT Systems are Vital to Your Organization
Micaela, Inc. provides on-site technical support for servers (Windows
Server 2003, Windows Small Business Server 2003); PCs and workstations (Windows
XP Professional, Windows Vista); network infrastructure (routers, switches,
connectivity); and attached peripherals such as printers. Our on-site
technical support is available throughout Florida and we normally do not charge
travel expenses. Please contact us for more
information.

Pricing

Per-incident PCs and workstations technical support on-site
8:00AM – 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The fee for this
service is $125.00 per hour with a minimum billing of one (1) hour
($125.00).

Per-incident servers technical support on-site 8:00AM –
6:00PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. The fee for this service
is $145.00 per hour with a minimum billing of one (1) hour ($145.00).

Support
outside the days and times listed in 1 above will incur a twenty percent
(20%) rate premium.

A retainer
covering one hour of support ($125.00 for PCs and workstations; $145.00 for
servers), payable by check or credit card is
required prior to the first support incident.

Disclaimer
EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS ON-SITE
SUPPORT AGREEMENT, NEITHER THE CUSTOMER NOR MICAELA, INC. ("MICAELA")
MAKES ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH
RESPECT TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER BY MICAELA OR ANY OTHER
ACCOMPANYING MATERIAL OR OTHERWISE UNDER THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT, AND EACH PARTY
HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. MICAELA CANNOT AND DOES NOT
WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MICAELA OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY THIRD
PARTIES INSTALLED BY MICAELA AS PART OF SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT CAUSE
INTERRUPTION TO THE CUSTOMER OR ARE ERROR FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICAELA BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR CONTINGENT
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, INJURIES TO
PROPERTY, AND LOSS OF USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEMS OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
