Our Depot Repair Service
Get your out-of-warranty Microsoft-based PCs and servers back on track with our depot repair service. We will make our best effort to recover your Windows operating system, preserve your files, and when necessary, recover your data from a damaged hard drive.



Troubleshooting First Steps
It is important that we understand the issue you are having. We may be able to resolve your problem without your having to ship your system to us. If your computer is sufficiently functional and accessible through the Internet, we may be able to diagnose your computer remotely.



Our No-Obligation Assessment
If it is necessary to ship your system to us for repair, our technicians use a suite of diagnostic tools to troubleshoot your problem at no cost to you. We will provide you a written estimate and you can decide if you want to have your system repaired.



Pricing
Our depot repair labor rate is competitively priced at $85.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Non-profit organizations and educational institutions receive a 10% labor discount. Parts and any software we install such as anti-virus and anti-spyware are priced separately. Micaela, Inc. uses only high-quality components.
